Tasha
Tasha was rescued as a kitten from a field with a horrible eye infection. Once the antibiotics for that was complete, a couple weeks later she developed a UTI.
Tasha was very shy so we had been working with her for adoption. During that time, she kept developing one UTI after another. An ultrasound revealed that she had crystals at a very young age which required her to begin eating a prescription food diet to avoid further complications.
Tasha has never come around to trusting people, but does have her favorite feline companion in our sanctuary. The only time we can pet her is when she’s sleeping.
