Scottie
Scottie showed up one night at our Lantana cat colony where we feed each night. He looked to be in pretty bad shape. He had cuts all over his face and neck, as well as a huge gash above his eye. Also being a Scottish Fold, we weren’t sure if he had been lost and became a victim of life on the streets.
We rushed to get our trapping equipment in hopes of trapping him to check for a micro-chip and also for him to receive medical attention he needed. Sadly, there was no micro-chip to trace, and no lost pet reported for a ginger Scottish Fold. However, Scottie was tested as part of his examination, and he tested positive for FIV. This meant that he could not be released back with the colony, but instead through the rescue, Scottie was adopted.
Scottie is the most affectionate loving cat and now lives the best life ever with a family that loves him.
