Midnight

Midnight is a feral who we noticed sitting in a field that was covered in mange so bad that it looked as if his head had been dipped in concrete. We ran home for our trapping equipment and prayed that he was there when we returned. Poor guy was probably feeling so miserable because he had not moved an inch since we left.

We felt as if he was asking for help and hoping we were coming back for him.  Ultimately, we were able to trap him and get him the medical attention he so desperately needed. We kept Midnight in quarantine isolation at the rescue for eight weeks and returned to the vet once a week for injections to treat the mange.

After the eight weeks were up the vet gave the all clear and Midnight was one happy beautiful cat again.
